Shipping policy

We ship worldwide!

Your order will be shipped out within 24-72 hours of purchase. The orders that will be shipped must be eligible by PayPal seller protection. In the case that your order is not eligible we will advise you to resolve the issues on your PayPal account so that we can finalise your transaction and fulfil your order.

Once your parcel is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking reference number and the link where you can track and trace the delivery progress of your order.

For all the customers that live outside the European Union, taxes are not included in the price. For this reason you may be asked to pay the corresponding duties when the sunglasses reach your Country. Duties depend on the Customs of your country and not on X-Eyes Sunglass Shop while they are on the recipient's charge.

X-Eyes Sunglass Shop cannot control or predict these charges and their amount, as Custom policies vary widely from one country to the other. If you need further information about Custom fees please contact your local Post Office or the Customs directly.
