Regular priced merchandise may be returned for store credit or product exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping costs are NOT refunded. 

No returns accepted on SALE items. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of return. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and with the original cases and original garment tags attached and intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item(s) for store credit or product exchange.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a confirmation email will automatically be send to you upon approval.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any new product exchange or store credit

Take extra care on the customs declaration on your shipping paperwork to avoid unnecessary import duty when we receive any returned items. Mark the goods as "returned to sender" or "returned for warranty" in the shipping documents. Any costs that we incur for returned goods will be deducted from the refund. If you ship the goods back via a courier (Fedex, UPS etc.) there may be a clearance charge which we will have to subtract from the credit.
